أصعب حاجة في مصر إن الواحد يروح يخلص ورق أو يعمل إجراءات، و أكبر سبب للمشكلة دي إن معظمنا مش بيبقي عارف الخطوات و الورق المطلوب منه أو حتى المكان اللي بيقدم الخدمة اللي هو عايزها.الكلام ده كان زمان، "إجراءاتك" أول تطبيق بيدل المتسخدم على الخطوات و المستندات المطلوبه لإستخراج و تجديد معظم الأوراق الحكومية و غير الحكومية.
مثال: الإجرءات و المستندات المطلوبة لإستخراج بطاقة رقم قومي، رخصة قيادة خاصة، كعب العمل، تصريح دفن، شهادة ميلاد، فيزا أمريكا، قسيمة زواج و حاجات تانية كتير أوي.
و كمان بيقدم الخطوات في حالات مختلفه، يعني مثلاً في الزواج، بيوضحلك الإجرءات و الأوراق المطلوبة لزواج مصري و مصرية، مصري و أجنبية، أجنبي و مصرية، مصري و مصرية خارج مصر.
"إجراءاتك" مش بس بيقدم دليل الإجراءات، ده كمان بيدلك على أماكن الجهات المختصة لتخليص الإجراءات و مواقعها على الخريطة.
